Ordering Your Goods

Ordering your goods could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on an item that you wish to order and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The eCommerce element is handled by Barclaycard ePDQ. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, American Express JCB, and Solo. We can also accept cheques and postal orders for offline orders

Credit Card Security

All payment details are held by Barclaycard ePDQ, the world leader in secure online credit/debit card transactions. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling is determined by the size, weight and price of the item. When you add a product to the shopping cart it will let you know what the delivery charge is. Most products are in the £2.99 to £5.99 delivery categories. Please note, if you add a loyalty gift to your cart you will not pay for the item but you will pay an additional £1 for the shipping and handling if you have already ordered another product. If you choose a loyalty product on its own you will need to pay £2.99 for shipping and handling.


Returns Policy

If you buy goods, which have an unsuitable specification that was not apparent from our website, we will accept the return of the goods for any reason provided they are in the original packaging and they are still sealed, unopened and unused and we are notified within 7 days from the day after of you receiving the goods. Savapoint will refund any money paid for the goods
Please ensure that you have the correct system requirements for Software products, as the cost of shipping is non-refundable for items ordered incorrectly.
Customers are advised to obtain a valid returns number from Savapoint, which will be issued by our customer services department on 08700 240 650 (calls are charged at normal rate) This will assist us to process any returns quickly and efficiently. For returns of a technical nature, our Tech Support department will issue a returns number where necessary.

Tax & VAT

UK & European Union orders include VAT at 17.5%. All other orders are exempt from VAT.
